FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles and can be used in wheelchairs designing, for example for travel on stairs. Vehicle to overcome obstacles comprises frame, wheels, wheel circular support surface is made wavy and/or zigzag and/or wheel circular support surface front side is equipped with pins, electric motor is arranged directly in each wheel hub, wheels rest on supporting circular surface. According to invention in motion on staircase wheels can either rest on wheel rim end sides, in off-road motion perform function of grouser, paddle wheels with air cavities in motion on water due to actuating drive, which enables to vary wheels inclination angle both at parking, and during movement, where each wheel axis is connected to frame with possibility of wheel lengthwise plane turning relative to frame plane at certain angle, wherein depending on operating assignments actuator is used: drive with wheel axis turning angle manual lever setting, drive, controlled by flywheel with handle, equipped with dial for turning angles reading, or drive for wheel axis turning setting by means of control panel, or drive equipped with angular positions sensors, vehicle control unit, computer, servo drive.
EFFECT: technical result of disclosed technical solution is increasing vehicle operating performances, allowing to quickly and safely move at flight stairs and off-road.
