SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport machine building and can be used in design and manufacture of small-sized motor vehicles, including wheelchairs intended for movement on horizontal, inclined and stepped surfaces, including stairs. Stroller for people with disabilities in walking contains two driving and driven wheels in form of "star" with support wheels, frame, seat, reduction gears to drive hubs driving wheels when climbing stairs, two clamping jacks, two clamping and hub half-couplings, two lifting screw jacks to maintain center of gravity of stroller during movement on stairs.
EFFECT: disclosed is wheelchair for disabled people in walking.
