SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices used for testing, for example, under industrial conditions, touch panels, in particular, matrix transparent mutually capacitive touch panels. Summary: electrode specific resistance determination device between excitation point and measurement point, wherein excitation signal is supplied to electrode in excitation point by means of capacitive coupling, and measurement point physically has electrical connection with measuring circuit. Measuring circuit includes amplifier circuit made with possibility to generate resulting signal, which is function of electrode specific resistance.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility of measuring resistance in any point of electrode.
