SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural biotechnology. Invention represents strain of microorganisms Achromobacter spanius 10-50-TS2, deposited in Russian national collection of industrial microorganisms FGUPGosNIIGenetika under No. B-12405, as agent for increasing resistance of plants in conditions of chloride salinity of soils. Strain of bacteria Achromobacter spanius 10-50-TS2 No. B-12405 increases germination power of seeds by 40 % (p < 0.001), laboratory capacity by 35.2 % (p < 0.001), increases length of germs by 59 %, weight of seedlings in 2 times, increases number of roots by 13.3 %, root mass in 2 times under conditions of chloride salinity.
EFFECT: higher resistance of plants.
