SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely oncology, surgery, otolaryngology, neurology and physiotherapy, and can be used for the treatment of post-traumatic paresis and neuritis of the facial and trigeminal nerves in cancer patients with head and neck tumors in the early postoperative period at the stages of combined treatment. 5-10 days after the operation, the exit zone of the facial and trigeminal nerves in the area of ​​the pathological focus of the patient is affected by a magnetic laser and a constant magnetic field. The first 5-6 procedures act only with a magnetolaser on the nerve affected area, labile, for 15-30 seconds, with a frequency of 80 Hz, a power of 0.5-1 W, and starting from 7-8 procedures, the effect of a constant magnetic field is attached to 3 -5 minutes. The course of treatment is 8-12 procedures daily.

EFFECT: method improves the patient's quality of life by improving microcirculation and tissue trophism, regulation of peripheral blood circulation, stimulation of the adaptive-trophic function of the peripheral nervous system and regenerative processes in the affected nerves.
