SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Manual breast pump comprises storage vessel for collection of breast milk, section of attachment and detachment to attach breast pump main body to collection vessel and detach from it, manual control section, attached to breast pump main body, and deforming element for creation of negative pressure, mounted on breast pump main body. Breast pump main body comprises section of milk expressing with increased diameter to provide thrust against user’s breast. Element for creation of negative pressure comprises connection section, which includes projecting rod-shaped section, and it is coupled with manual control section by means of engaging section, formed in middle part of projecting section, and deformable section, creating negative pressure by means of deformation after exposure to force from connection section. Manual control section is handle and comprises bearing section, supported on shaft section, made on breast pump main body, engaged section, placed at one end of handle and connected with connection section, and lever section, arranged at the other end of handle. Projecting section of connection section contains said engaging section, engaged at least in multiple positions along projecting section, and comprising engaging head section, located on front end of projecting section. Connecting section can turn around imaginary central axis of projecting section. Projecting section is made with possibility of rotation around axis with movement of engagement position of with engaging section lever section along projecting section, when said engaging lever section is engaged with said engaging section. Structurally differing alternative version of breast milk pump is disclosed.
