SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a communication device configured to communicate with an external device. Communication device comprises: a transmission module configured to transmit relating to the transmission data information, which relates to data to be transferred to an external device,prior to connection to a wireless network; a receiving module configured to receive a response from the external device after the information relating to the transmission data is transmitted by the transmission module; a module for connection to a network configured to, after the said response is received by the reception module, be connected to the wireless network; and a communication module configured to, after the connection module connected to the wireless network, establish a connection with the external device so, that data could be transmitted, herewith the transmission module is configured to transmit the first information as information relating to the transmission data before the transmission data are defined, which must be transmitted to the external device.
EFFECT: technical result is providing communication and setting data to be transmitted and received.
