SUBSTANCE: invention concerns device and the method of communication which carry out, for example, the one-grade communication with any structure (communication ad hoc) on a wireless local network (LAN) which is determined according to specification IEEE 802.11. In an energy economy effort in a network ad hoc according to IEEE 802.11 there are package losses if the state of economy of energy of a receiving party is not detected therefore communication is not provided. However there is an obvious notice on affixion to a network/cutout from a network and it is difficult to detect and drive a state of the device which are the partner in communication, including the moments of time of detection. For the solution of this problem the terminal always before data transmission transmits an information package of the notice (package ATIM) at the moment of time during which all terminals can accept it, irrespective of a state of economy of energy of the device which are the partner in communication. Using this mechanism, the terminal also notifies the device which is the partner in communication, on changes in a state of economy of energy of the terminal.

EFFECT: decrease of load of the data transmission device related to guidance by a state of economy of energy of the device, being the partner in communication, and reduction of quantity of errors at reception of data.
