FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coating compositions containing metal powders, and can be used in machine building for protecting metal surfaces, operating at high temperatures in conditions of abrasive wear in corrosion medium. Described is a composition for wear-resistant anti-corrosion coating, containing an organosilicon component and an aluminium-based component, wherein organosilicon binder used is a binding agent – silicone lacquer KO-85, aluminium-based component is aluminium powder, wherein composition additionally contains zinc powder and aerosil in following ratio, vol%: silicone lacquer KO-85 55–70, zinc powder 7.5–11.25, aluminium powder 7.5–11.25, aerosil 15-22.5.
EFFECT: obtaining a coating composition with high resistance to wear with simultaneous exposure to aggressive corrosive media of abrasive substances and cyclic impact loads.
