FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coatings for anti-corrosion protection of metal constructions and can be used for all metal constructions, subjected to impact of aggressive media, in particular for anti-corrosion coating of seagoing vessels and floating platforms under conditions of highly mineralised sea water and ultraviolet irradiation of solar spectrum. Composition contains high-modulus liquid sodium or lithium-sodium glass with ratio of lithium and sodium in proportion 0.05-0.25 by molar weight with silicate modulus 3.5-4.5 and potassium or potassium-lithium glass with ratio of lithium and potassium in proportion 0.05-0.25 by molar weight with silicate modulus 4.5-6.5 in amount 25-30 wt % of mixture with modifying additive 0.5-2.0 wt % of final mixture of formula (R1)kSi(R2)4-k, where R1 is radical of formula CnH2n+1, and R2 is radical of formula CnH2n+1O, k = 0, or 1, or 2, or 3, or 4, and zinc filling agent in amount 70-75% in form of zinc dust with particle size 3-10 mcm.
EFFECT: claimed composition provides obtaining coatings, possessing higher elasticity, water resistance and resistance to impact of salt fog.
