SUBSTANCE: first coating layer with thickness 0.5-0.7 mm is made of a paste containing components in the following ratio, vol.%: boron carbide powder 15-25, carbon powder 1.5-2, nickel powder 3-4, amorphous boron powder 3-5, chromium powder 3-4, silicone varnish KO-85 is the rest. The second coating layer with thickness 0.75-2.6 mm is made of a molten paste containing components in the following ratio, vol.%: boron carbide powder 10.0-30.0, cerium powder 0.1-0.2, aerosil 2.0-5.0, fluoric spar powder 0.3-2.0, a powder of a metal selected from the group consisting of cobalt, nickel, iron 30.0-50.0, at least one binder selected from the group consisting of liquid glass, silica, aluminosol is the rest.
EFFECT: coating has a high wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
