FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and intended for performance of heat exchanging processes between gas and fluid in direct contact, in particular, in fan and tower cooling towers. Cooling tower sprinkler in form of module from layers of polymer cellular tubes, tubes are made cylindrical, arranged in all layers parallel to each other and welded between each other in contact points at module ends, each tube cavities and intertubular space is filled with nozzle, and each of pipe along outer surface is wrapped by intersecting threads, wherein pipes in module are arranged inclined or made winding, and pipes are assembled from corrugated sheets, which are welded along corrugations edges, wherein channels structure can be both straight, winding, inclined and consisting of these forms combinations. Nozzle is made in form of cylindrical ring, on lateral, inner and outer surfaces of which screw thread is made, or in form of ball, on surface of which semi-spherical shaped blind bores are made, or in form of cylindrical ring, on side, inner surface of which partitions are fixed in form of washers with holes perpendicular to ring axis, which axes are asymmetric to ring axis, or in form of inscribable into circle unit, consisting of seven interconnected by lateral faces hexagonal parallelepipeds without upper and lower bases.
EFFECT: technical result is increasing of sprinkler cooling capacity and, due to it, reduction of material consumption.
