FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: reverse water supply system containing the cooling tower connected by the hydraulic loops of water treatment and use, each of the connected towers has casing, header with nozzles, sprayer, bottom part has water gathering tanks with water feed system used for evaporation, connected with pump supplying water cooled in the tower to the user via the filter. At section between the filter and user the system monitoring the filter water resistance is installed, it includes pressure gauge and valve, or towers have separate water loops of water treatment and use containing casing, in bottom part at least two water gathering tanks are installed, they are connected by the compensation pipe ensuring the hydraulic independence of loops for work water treatment and use. One tank is connected with pump supplying water cooled in tower to the user, water is again supplied via the valve and pipeline to the second tank, from it the heated water by the pump via the filter and valve is supplied by the pipeline to the header with nozzles installed in top part of the cooling tower, at section between the filter and calve the system monitoring the filter water resistance is installed, it contains the pressure gauge and valve. The nozzle for the evaporation cooling system contains casing out of two coaxial parts: the base and the cover which are rigidly attached to each other by means of four latches, and an inlet pipe branch creating vortex head pressure in the nozzle case is tangentially attached to the base. The cover plate is volume-type as to evolvent profile with a central conical hole, with a cone apex angle equal to 130°, and the base is shaped, and has a central fairing of vortex flow, which is formed by the conical surface transforming into a sphere at the apex directed towards the central conical hole in the cover, and the base of the conical surface is smoothly adjacent to the toroidal surface of the base. Each pipe cavity and shell side are filled with hollow polymer balls. Balls diameter by 5÷10% exceed maximum size of the pipe cell, and each pipe over the outside surface is wrapped by the intersecting threads.

EFFECT: raised efficiency of cooling tower operation.
