METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LED LAMP AND LIGHT-EMITTING DIODE LAMP Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC F21S4/00 F21S13/00 F21V29/00 F21Y101/00 F21W131/00

Abstract RU 2608168 C2

FIELD: lighting engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lighting engineering, namely, to light-emitting diode lamps used for industrial, street, household and architectural and design lighting. Method for cutting sheet metal is used to make base (1) of the radiator and segments (2), in end parts of segments (2) convection holes (12) are made and segments (2) are bent at an angle. Ready segments (2) and bushings (5) are welded to the surface of base (1). By means of bushings (5) installed and fixed is power supply source (4). LED modules are made by surface mounting of LEDs and connectors onto a printed-circuit board, which is tightly fixed on the base of the radiator. Frame (3) is made of a sheet metal, frame (3) is bent along the whole length. Along the perimeter of the main part of frame (3) holes are made, pressed therein by connection with interference are fit fasteners, by means of which connected is base (1) with the light module, a protective glass and frame (3), and to ledges of the frame end parts bracket (6) is fixed. Lateral sides of bracket (6) are provided with radial slots (13), which by means of fixing screw (14) set a required orientation of the lamp with respect to the mounting surface. Design of the lamp in the form of plate-base (1) made of sheet metal, onto the outer surface of which parallel to each other vertically oriented segments (2) are arranged made in the form of thin-wall plates equipped with convection holes (12), and interconnection of the whole structure by frame (3) reduces metal consumption of the lamp in comparison with cast or extrusion bodies and improves heat removal due to its design and low thermal resistance of the used thin-wall materials.

EFFECT: simplified production, reduced metal consumption, as well as improved heat removal conditions.
