SUBSTANCE: invention describes a composite used for stimulating the growth and development of agriculture crops that comprises components taken in the following ratio, wt.-%: alkanolamine, 5.0-35.0; citric acid, 2.5-20.0; zinc or copper compounds, 1.0-20.0; water, the balance. Prepared composites are used for leaf feeding crops and in presowing treatment of seeds also. Invention provides enhancing productivity of agriculture crops.
