SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of tobacco or other products selling by means of hardware and software system. Method of tobacco or other products selling through hardware and software system is characterized by using products selecting terminal, using trading enterprise cash desk 3, use of products output terminal 2, by means of which order code check is performed for conformity to data base stored information, and in case of successful processing, sending of corresponding command to products output automated system, then, entry is made in database, as well as using web server, by means of which obtaining of relevant information on current balance and reserves in real time is performed, unloading and back loading of databases from all systems, structuring of information and displaying in form of illustrative reports in online mode, wherein selection, confirmation, reservation and outputting (receiving) tobacco or other products is performed by consumer independently and in automatic mode by using selection terminal and products output terminal, and payment for products, in order to implement customer age proper monitoring, is performed at trading enterprise cashier desk, directly with participation of seller (operator).
EFFECT: technical result is automation of such processes, as selection, confirmation, reservation and outputting (receiving) tobacco or other products, as well as customer age monitoring, reducing total waiting time at cashier desk.
