FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to framed building construction. Method to reduce heat losses of energy-efficient building, bearing frame structure, panel walls and frame comprises additional coating on the frame bottom belt, prevents formation of "cold" bridge and cold air penetration via coating inside the building. Coating on the frame fixed additional lower belt by means of suspensions, which are installed on both sides of the truss coating staggered or against each other. Between the lower belt of truss coating and additional lower belt of heat-insulating material is laid. Suspension is made of composite heat insulation sheet material. Between the lower belt of truss coating and panel walls installed thermal insert made from wood. Inner surface of the coating is made of lined with sheet material.
EFFECT: invention increases heat protection of building due to elimination of "cold bridges" in the place of support frame coating on bearing outer wall, reducing power consumption on heating house to minimum possible sizes to ensure comfortable temperature level.
