FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to Fischer-Tropsch synthesis exhaust gas treatment, resulting in reduction of carbon release. Non-circulating residual gas, produced after Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction is treated by reforming with steam and converted into hydrogen-enriched synthesis gas. Then high-purity hydrogen is separated and removed from hydrogen-enriched synthetic gas for use. Method involves following stages: 1) performing steam conversion reaction to produce converted gas; 2) performing Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction for production of hydrocarbon fuel; 3) after preliminary reforming reaction conversion of hydrocarbon compound, containing two or more carbon atoms, into methane; 4) performing reforming reaction for methane and steam converting into hydrogen and carbon monoxide; 5) hydrogen and carbon monoxide separating from gas; and 6) providing heat for reforming reactor.
EFFECT: invention is effectively uses Fischer-Tropsch synthesis residual gas and residual combustible components in reformed gas after hydrogen is separated, thus improving energy efficiency.
