FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. Method of carrying out the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis involves a chloride-alkali process, while the overall method includes: 1) gasification of the source material with the aim of obtaining raw synthesis gas for the synthesis of Fischer-Tropsch containing H2, CO and CO2; 2) electrolysis of a saturated solution of NaCl using an industrial chloride-alkali process in order to obtain a solution of NaOH, Cl2 and H2; 3) CO2 removal from raw synthesis gas using the NaOH solution obtained in step 2) in order to obtain pure synthesis gas or in step 3) CO2 first separated from the raw synthesis gas to produce pure synthesis gas, and then CO2 absorbed in an aqueous solution of NaOH obtained in stage 2); 4) injection of H2, obtained in stage 2) into pure synthesis gas in order to regulate the molar ratio CO/H2 in pure synthesis gas so that it meets the requirements of the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction, and then produce the corresponding liquid hydrocarbons and paraffin products. Variants of devices for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis are claimed.
EFFECT: reducing the complexity and cost of the process of converting water vapor used in the process, reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
