SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of forming surfaces, having an impression print with a register, with a digital ink head that prints the curable ink on the surface of the panel or on the top side of the foil as a coating and forms an ink matrix that is used to create a cavity in the surface by applying pressure to the ink matrix. The method for forming an impressed surface in a building panel includes the steps of forming an ink matrix having a horizontal and vertical extent by applying a curable ink on the surface layer of the building panel by means of a digital printhead for printing inks. Form a cavity in the surface layer by pressing the ink matrix onto the surface layer, thereby forming an impression print surface of the building panel, forming a base impression in the surface layer by pressing the base matrix against the surface layer and removing the ink matrix from the impression print surface.
EFFECT: creation of a panel with a complex pattern.
