SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in mobile communication systems with time division duplex transmission. For this, method includes steps of: receiving information on a set of reference subframes through system information and information on a set of active subframes through dynamic signalling; receiving uplink resolution for transmitting an uplink signal in a downlink subframe, specified in information on a set of active subframes; estimating efficiency of determined uplink subframe for transmitting an uplink signal as a result of an uplink resolution command; and transmitting uplink signal to a base station, if determined subframe is efficient.

EFFECT: technical result is improved information transmission quality.
