FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compressor devices, used in ventilation systems. Multiple valve compressor head (100) having casing (102) defining intake chamber (104) in communication with cavity (120) through a plurality of one-way intake valves (112, 114). Exhaust chamber (106) is connected to cavity (120) through a plurality of one-way exhaust valves (116, 118). Casing (102) further defines an inlet port (108) for entry of gas into intake chamber (104) and an outlet port (110) for forcing out compressed gas from exhaust chamber (106). In operation, multiple valve compressor head (100) is in operative engagement with a reciprocating diaphragm that draws gas into intake chamber (104), and then cavity (120) during intake stroke of diaphragm, while expelling compressed gas from cavity (120) and through outlet port (110) during exhaust stroke of diaphragm. Invention also includes a method for production of multivalve compressor head.
EFFECT: less energy is consumed while achieving higher output power.
