SUBSTANCE: invention relates to housing (1) to prevent access to tachograph located between housing bottom (2) and cover (3), wherein housing (1) also includes locking element (4) for locking of housing bottom (2) with housing cover (3) and switched on by said locking element (4) electronic control device for access to tachograph recording, wherein housing bottom (2) and housing cover (3) in locked by locking element (4) state are fixed relative to each other and this fixation is independent from housing front panel (6) location.
EFFECT: prevention of access to tachograph located inside housing.
