SUBSTANCE: multifunctional device for equipment state parameters control includes housing, interaction elements, controlling processor, power connector connected with storage battery, RFID reader, Bluetooth module, thermal imaging device connected with video camera, and vibrometer. Controlling processor is made with possibility to initiate equipment RFID tag reading operations, extracting information from RFID tag, transmission of information to lineman mobile device, activation of thermal imaging device or vibrometer, obtaining tested equipment parameters, transmission of information on obtained equipment state parameters to lineman mobile device.

EFFECT: enabling reduction of time, spent for unit of equipment indices obtaining, and central electronic control over equipment condition.
