A method has been developed for determining the duration of the manufacture of a product, in which at each stage of production of a product the duration of production operations for the manufacture of a product is monitored, the average duration of production operations is determined, the start and end times of all production operations are tracked, the duration of time intervals between production operations is determined and adjustments are made to the production process to reduce these durations and determine the time for the manufacture of a predetermined batch of products based on at least the following parameters: the number of products in the batch, average duration of production operations for each of the performers distributed over production operations, adjusted duration of time intervals between production operations.

EFFECT: invention increases the accuracy of determining the duration of the manufacture of a product.
