FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, in particular, to weighing motor vehicles as they are moving along the road. Method consists in the following: all calibrated automatic and serviced precision weight control stations are connected within the controlled range with the help of, at least, one information network into a single system, having a data processing center. Then a specific motor vehicle is weighed using one of the serviced precision weight control stations; the weight parameters of the vehicle weighted at the serviced precision weight control station and hereinafter referred to as the reference motor vehicle are transmitted via the data processing center to all the calibrated automatic weight control stations within the range of calibration of this serviced precision station. After that, the readings that have been obtained after weighing the reference motor vehicle using any calibrated automatic weight control station in the range of calibration are adjusted by equalling these readings to the transmitted weight parameters which is achieved by automatic adjustment of corresponding measuring devices of this particular calibrated automatic weight station.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improved accuracy of automatic weight control stations.
