SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of radiopharmaceuticals. Method of producing ¹⁸F^- for use in reaction of radio fluorination includes: (1) holding of aqueous solution of ¹⁸F^- at anion-exchange column and (2) forcing of eluent solution through said ion-exchange column, where said ¹⁸F^- is adsorbed, to produce ¹⁸F^--eluent, where said eluent solution contains cationic counterion in solvent containing alkanol, selected from ethanol and methanol, under condition, that above eluent solution does not contain acetonitrile, wherein said eluent solution is stored before use in bottles with preliminary filling to obtain eluent solution suitable for storage, providing invariable radiochemical yield. Invention also discloses method for reaction of radio fluorination to obtain ¹⁸F^--marked indicator for positron emission tomography and cassette for this method.

EFFECT: eluent decomposition does not affect reaction of radio fluorination.
