FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry and concerns a method for improving stability of non-fluorinated sugar derivatives, particularly glucose derivatives, such as 1,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-2-O-trifluoromethanesulphonyl-β-D-mannopyranose to be used as precursors for preparing radioactive fluorinated sugar derivatives to be applied in imaging procedures in vivo, such as positron emission tomography (PET). Said method involves storage of non-fluorinated sugar derivatives in organic practically anhydrous acetonitrile solvent. There are also offered synthesised preparations of non-fluorinated sugar derivatives and cartridges containing them for automated synthesis apparatuses.
EFFECT: invention provides high stability of preparations of non-fluorinated sugar derivatives prepared for synthesis of the imaging preparations.
