FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely to obtaining cell lines intended for development of immunological approaches in treating melanoma, and can be used in medicine. Cell line of human skin melanoma mel Ibr EEMS is obtained from cell line of human skin melanoma mel Ibr. Obtained cell line is stored in Russian national collection of Industrial Microorganisms (VKPM) of FSUE GosNIIGenetika under registration number N-157.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a cell line of human skin melanoma, which has stable cultural and morphological characteristics and is characterised by the expression of antigens of class I histocompatibility, differentiation markers CD133, CD105, CD44 and absence of class II histocompatibility antigens.
