SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, in particular to flushing equipment during well drilling. Device comprises stationary flushing pipe, rotary flushing pipe, pre-mounted detachable replaceable insert for connection of stationary flushing pipe with rotating pipe. Replaceable insert comprises mechanical sealing assembly with stationary seal ring and rotating sealing ring, first adapter, which is located between stationary flushing pipe and replaceable insert. First adapter comprises a first control mechanism configured for action in axial direction to change axial length of first adapter. Replaceable insert comprises a second control mechanism configured for action in axial direction to change axial length of replaceable insert.
EFFECT: simplified design, fast replacement of sealing ring.
