FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, psychology, corrective paedagogics, adaptive physical education, rehabilitation science and defectology. To estimate general motor functionality in teenage boys with disorders of acoustic spectrum (DAS) of low and medium functional level, modified scale GMFM-88 is used. Estimation scale includes 20 motor tests in form of 5 categories-blocks for general sensomotor signs, 4 tests in each, 3 attempts for each test. First block of tests includes exercises for basic motor abilities and skills, connected with movement of body and orientation in space. Second block includes vestibular competence, preservation of body balance under gravity force in static state or in motion. Third block includes exercises for sensation of body and its boundaries. Fourth block includes basic motor abilities with ball. Fifth block includes exercises for fine motor and graphic motor abilities. Result of each attempt in test is assessed in points: 0 points - tested person is not able, actively refuses or does not show interest to performing suggested test; 1 - tested person shows interest and motivation, tries to start fulfilling test independently, but has difficulty in fulfilling it or finishing it on their own; 2 - testes person fulfils test with physical support or verbal support by testing person; 3- tested person starts, fulfils and finishes doing test independently by command or gesture of testing person. For summing up the best point of three attempts of each test is taken and sum of the results of testing is used to estimate level of motor functionality of tested person: 0-20 points - low, 21-40 points - medium, 41-60 points - high.
EFFECT: method provides estimation of motor functionality, adapted to specific peculiarities and clinical demonstrations of DAS.
