FIELD: games.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to health improvement, education and development and can be used for improving human productivity. Invention involves participation in motivational games designed to improve productivity. During such games consolidated values of PQRST and vegetative balance, as well as psychomotor functions are controlled. Motivational games include fragments of sport games that are quick and easy to learn+: badminton, and/or children's tennis with plastic balls, and/or football, and/or golf. Motivating games use a screen and are conducted indoors or outdoors, on a limited size area with 2 to 8 participants.
EFFECT: method enables to improve the productivity of an individual by using motivating games that have an overall effect on a human body.
