Motivational games include fragments of sport games that are quick and easy to learn+: badminton, and/or children's tennis with plastic balls, and/or football, and/or golf. Motivating games use a screen and are conducted indoors or outdoors, on a limited size area with 2 to 8 participants.

EFFECT: method enables to improve the productivity of an individual by using motivating games that have an overall effect on a human body.
