FIELD: medicine; sports.
SUBSTANCE: general tolerance is estimated by graduated physical activity that involves squatting. Power tolerance is evaluated in body lifting from lying position. To evaluate flexibility, front flexions are performed upright or while sitting. Reaction rate is estimated by a falling ruler. Balance in closed-eyes one-foot standing position is used to evaluate coordination. Each locomotive test is five-point scored. The general level of physical readiness is estimated by average score of all tests performed.
EFFECT: estimating level of physical readiness in screening studies, possibility to give locomotive-related recommendations in unassisted physical training.
