SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. Power-generating complex “SKAT” comprises a boiler with a chimney, power module, air cooler, intermediate circuit of working fluid medium for heat transfer from the boiler to the power module, main circuit of working fluid medium of the power module for electric power generation, additional circuit of working fluid medium for heat removal from the power module to the air cooler. Intermediate circuit is a closed circuit with working fluid in the form of diathermic oil consisting of a thermo-oil module, system of drainage and loading the thermo-oil module, system of supplying nitrogen into the expansion tank for preservation of physical and chemical properties of the diathermic oil. Boiler with a chimney comprises fuel feed system for controlled feed of gas to a burner device and flue gas removal system for removal of combustion products from the boiler. Additional circuit represents a closed cooling system with working fluid in the form of water-glycol solution and comprises a system of drainage and loading of the cooling system. Power module represents a closed system, where an organic Rankine cycle is performed, with working fluid in the form of freon and comprises an evaporator, expander, generator, recuperators, condenser, pump, expander is spiral and volumetric, to transmit a torque to the generator shaft for electric power generation. Power-generating complex additionally comprises an electric power distribution system and automatic control system.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of conversion of thermal energy.
