FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric machine engineering, in particular, to cooling systems. Cooling system of closed electric machine comprises channels of forced liquid cooling with bases in the form of swirl vanes located in the startor housing, closed from outside of the machine heat exchanger in the form of cavity, related to the closed system of forced air cooling from centrifugal fan located inside machine on its shaft. Said system is also equipped with additional systems of forced liquid cooling of systems of field coils, each of which includes two through holes, distance between which is equal to distance between centers of the cylindrical surfaces of side walls of coil forms, and U-shaped channels made in the form and arranged on diametrically opposite sides of the form, upper channel comprises two radial holes coaxial with holes in the housing, provided in the upper part of the form side walls, while bottom channel comprises two radial holes coaxial with holes in the housing, provided in the lower part of the form side walls.
EFFECT: technical result – increased efficiency of heat transfer from field coils.
