FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircrafts of canard and normal arrangement. The aircraft (AC) comprises a mechanized wing and a feathered horizontal tail (FHT), to which a servo tab is connected. The FHT (1) with the servo tab are hingedly placed on the rotation axis. The rate of the FHT lift force coefficient by the angle of attack of the AC increased from zero to the necessary value due to the fact that the angle between base planes of FHT (1) and AC varies in multiples of the angle variation between the base planes of the servo tab (3) and AC with AC angle of attack variation by a mechanism from elements (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10). In the canard arrangement the angle of FHT rotation is lower than the angle of servo tab rotation, and in the normal arrangement it is higher. As a result, in both arrangements the focus is moved back. In the normal arrangement it makes it possible to increase the load at the tail plane - the FHT, and in the canard arrangement - to use state-of-the-art means of wing mechanization with preservation of static stability.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reduction of wing area due to optimized load of horizontal tail.
