For this purpose, in aeromonitoring system containing onboard photo and video shooting devices unit and onboard flight control unit, made with possibility to generate control signals of photo and video shooting devices suspension mechanisms, on-board equipment arranged on seaborne unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), further includes onboard communication unit connected with onboard flight control unit and onboard photo and video shooting devices unit and interacting with ship communication unit via radio channel, included into ship flight control and monitoring results processing equipment, which has control panel, connected to computation and control unit, navigation and flight mission (FM) calculating unit, UAV control commands generating unit, external data unit, connected to computer-control unit input of weather conditions data and ship location data, objects formatting, processing and recognition unit, which input is connected to ship communication unit photo-video recording data output, and output is connected to detected objects information aggregation unit first input, which second input is connected to computing-control unit telemetry data output, and output is connected to databases and reports generating unit input, and to computing-control unit corresponding input, wherein navigation unit FM loading and calculating input is connected to computing-control unit corresponding output, and output is connected to FM analysis unit input of UAV control command generation unit, which also includes of control commands calculator and FM performance analysis unit, which input is connected to ship communication unit telemetry data output, and output is connected to navigation and FM calculating unit telemetry data inputs and computing-control unit, control commands computer output is connected to ship communication unit input, and its input is connected to FM analysis unit second output, which first output is connected to computing-control unit corresponding input.

EFFECT: increasing in aeromonitoring results operational efficiency and reliability.
