FIELD: data processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of recovery of decoding an unreadable marking of direct application (MDA) into a decoded fluorescent marking of direct application (FMDA). Decoded FMDA is produced basing on available on the surface of the marked part of an unreadable MDA (FMDA) matrix of orderly arranged recesses or irregularities of the surface, which initially represented information elements of the MDA or the FMDA. Proposed method comprises pre-cleaning the unreadable MDA from filling the volume of irregularities of the surface contaminations and/or residues of polymer compositions and processing with means to increase adhesion to the marked surface of applied further polymer or prepolymer compositions. Formation of the decoded FMDA is performed by filling information elements of the unreadable marking with a fluorescent polymer composition (FPC) with further curing or drying the FPC by blowing, heating, exposing to UV-radiation and/or IR-radiation.
EFFECT: invention provides stable decoding an unreadable MDA or FMDA at high reliability of reading them.
