PHOTO-LATENT TITANIUM-OXO-CHELATE CATALYSTS Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC B01J31/02 B01J31/22 C07F7/28 C08G18/22 C09D175/16

Abstract RU 2610090 C9

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a catalyst composition for polyaddition or polycondensation reactions based on titanium-oxo-chelate. Composition contains (i) at least one substance of formula I

,

where R1 and R2 and R3 together with C-atom to which they are bonded, form a phenyl group which can be unsubstituted or substituted with one, two or three C1-C4alkyls, OR13 or NR13R14; R10 and R11 and R12 together with C-atom to which they are bonded, form a phenyl group, which can be unsubstituted or substituted with one, two or three C1-C4alkyls, OR13 or NR13R14; R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, independently represent hydrogen, halogen or C1-C4alkyl; provided that only one from R4, R5 and R6 in a group and only one of R7, R8 and R9 in group can be hydrogen; or R4, R5 and R6 and R7, R8 and R9 together with C-atom, to which they are bonded, form a phenyl group; or R4 and R5 and R7 and R8 together with C-atom, to which they are bonded, form a cyclohexyl ring; R13 and R14 independently represent C1-C4alkyl; (ii) at least one chelate ligand of general formula IIa, IIb or IIc

wherein R1, R2 and R3 independently represent hydrogen, halogen or C1-C4alkyl; or R1 and R2 and R3 together with C-atom to which they are bonded, form a phenyl group; R4, R5 and R6 independently represent hydrogen, halogen or C1-C4alkyl; or R4 and R5 and R6 together with C-atom to which they are bonded, form a phenyl group. Invention also discloses use of catalyst composition, polymerisable composition, use of polymerisable composition, having a substrate coating, method of polymerising compounds, polymerized or cross-linked composition, catalyst for polyaddition or polycondensation reactions.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a catalyst composition based on titanium-oxo-chelate, having high moisture resistance, having long storage life and good photo-latency.
