SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ferrous metallurgy. Cast iron contains the following, wt %: carbon 2.9-3.4; silicon 1.5-2.0; manganese 0.7-1.1; nickel 4.0-6.0; chrome 0.1-0.3; copper 0.6-0.9; cobalt 0.2-1.0; phosphorus 0.1-0.2; molybdenum 3.0-4.0; iron is the rest.
EFFECT: cast iron composition which may be used in machine building.
