FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ferrous metallurgy. Cast iron contains the following, wt %: carbon 2.9-3.4; silicon 1.5-2.0; manganese 0.7-1.1; nickel 0.8-1.2; chrome 0.01-0.03; copper 1.6-1.9; cobalt 0.15-0.25; rhenium 0.1-0.15; boron 0.05-0.1; aluminium 0.05-0.1; iron is the rest. The technical result of the invention is increased strenght of cast iron.
EFFECT: cast iron composition which may be used for manufacture parts of equipment operating under vibration.
