SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cosmetology and dermatology and represents a composition for face washing for topical application containing in a cosmetically acceptable carrier from 1 to 10 % of an active substances of fine zinc sulphate with respect to the total weight of the composition, from 0.15 to 0.3 % of zinc gluconate expressed in the form of the weight ratio with respect to the total weight of the composition, and from 0.15 to 0.3 % of dipotassium glycyrrhizate expressed in the form of the weight ratio with respect to the total weight of the composition.
EFFECT: invention provides a stable and well-tolerated composition, which effectively cleans the skin in patients suffering acne without any disturbance of the skin barrier and does not cause overcompensation of the sebum production.
