SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine and pharmaceuticals. First object is a topical detergent composition for preventing, suspending or treating common acne and dermatological conditions associated with acne treatment, characterized by that it contains: (a) active ingredient - benzoyl peroxide, (b) at least one anionic and/or at least one nonionic surfactant, (c) zinc gluconate, (d) dibasic potassium glycyrrhizinate, (e) at least one gelling agent. Second and third objects are application of composition for specified purpose. Fourth object is a method of treating or improving a condition of an acne of human skin by using the composition.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of storage stability of composition containing benzoyl peroxide.
