SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutics and medicine, particularly to dermatology, and is the topical wash composition containing benzoyl peroxide, at least one anionic and/or non-ionic surfactant that is selected from zinc co-sulphate, sodium cocoyl isethionate, sodium lauroyl isethionate, C14-C16 α-olefin sulfonates, preferably their sodium salts, and decyl glucoside, as well as zinc gluconate, glycyrrhizate diphalate, the oil phase, the aqueous phase and at least one non-ionic emulsifier from the sucrose esters, thus the ingredients of the composition are taken in certain proportions, wt%.
EFFECT: invention provides for the chemical stability after two months of storage at 40 °C or after six months of storage at 30 °C and good tolerability of benzoyl peroxide, reduction in adverse side effects, that are related to treatment of acne, such as erythema skin, itchiness and/or burning.
