FIELD: wireless communication equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cellular access network, functionally connected with machine-to-machine (M2M) services supplier (SP). Cellular access network comprises: application with M2M services capabilities support (SC), deployed in cellular access network and made with possibility of operation as M2M SC-proxy server (100), when the M2M SP deploys first M2M SC-server, and M2M SC-server is not deployed in cellular access network, wherein M2M SC-proxy server is made with possibility of operation as first M2M SC-server and relay communication in service signals plane between M2M SC object specific application in M2M-communication object and first M2M SC-server in M2M SP, wherein M2M-communication object is in wireless communication state with cellular access network and accesses M2M SP via a cellular access network, thus providing separation between transport level supported by means of access network, and level of services, supported by means of M2M SP, to facilitate provision of M2M-services common for various access networks; and internetworking function (IWKF) made with possibility to provide interface for internetworking between cellular network access and M2M SP.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of common for various access networks M2M-services.
