SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technique of information security on digital storage devices, when danger of it's leaking occurs. The danger of leaking is in destruction of the information on the grounds of receiving signals of unauthorized access attempts, as well as on the user desires. The converter consists of a ferromagnetic housing 1, within which the inductor 3, electrically conductive ferromagnetic armature 4 and striker5 are coaxially arranged along the central axis 2. Ferromagnetic striker 5 is made with a guide cylindrical portion and a pointed end directed toward digital information storage 6. The inductor coil 3 is wound on the guide sleeve 7. Anchor 4 is connected to the power drive 8, to which the cylindrical pusher 9 is attached. The series of radially movable elements 10 are located between the cylindrical pusher 9 and the striker 5. Each element 10 has a flat outer surface 10a, which is perpendicular to the central axis 2, a flat planar outer surface 10b, and inner side surface 10c. All the surfaces are formed obliquely.

EFFECT: invention improves the reliability of digital storage devices protection.
