SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The method for extending the shelf life of the biofertilizer based on nodule bacteria is based on the technology of lyophilisation of bacterial cultures and the possibility of their subsequent regeneration and growing on the culture media immediately before treatment of the seed material with it, where 125 ml of the newly grown culture is sufficient for treatment of 20-25 kg seed material.
EFFECT: invention enables to increase the shelf life of products based on freeze-dried cultures of nodule bacteria.
