SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to activation of chickpea seeds before sowing with the help of bacterial fertilizers. Proposed are Mesorhizobium ciceri strain, which is deposited in FSBSI of VNIIAM 15.11. 2019 under No. RCAM02723, is a crop planting yield stimulator and a method of obtaining inoculant for increasing the crop capacity of chickpea. Method envisages cultivation of bacteria Mesorhizobium ciceri strain No. RCAM02723 by means of deep cultivation in an exponential phase of growth in two stages. At the first stage culturing is carried out for 72–96 hours at temperature 25–27 °C on a nutrient medium containing (g/l): mannitol 10–15, fermentative peptone 5–10, MgSO4 0.5–1.0, KH2PO4 0.5–1.0, NaCl 0.1–0.2 and water—balance until stable level is established cell titre in the bacterial suspension is about 2.0–2.5*109 CFU/ml. After that, at the second stage, a portion of the contents is taken from the fermenter and the liquid level in the fermenter is brought to the initial volume by the liquid nutrient medium, containing (g/l): mannitol 30–40; enzymatic peptone 15–30; MgSO4 1.5–2.0, KH2PO4 1.5–2.0, NaCl 0.2–0.4, water—the rest, until cell concentration is equal to 4.0–5.0*109 CFU/ml. At that, cycle of part of content removal from fermenter and introduction of nutrient medium into it is carried out repeatedly to achieve preset concentration of cells, and after the first stage, half the content is removed from the fermenter.

EFFECT: declared group of inventions makes it possible to increase crop capacity of chickpea.
