FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to casting heat-resistant alloys based on intermetallide Ni3Al and articles making by method of precise casting by melting mock-ups with monocrystalline structure, for example, working and nozzle vanes, nozzle apparatus adapters and other articles of gas-turbine engines used in aviation industry. Invention proposes Ni3Al-base alloy and article made of thereof. Alloy comprising aluminum, chrome, tungsten, molybdenum, titanium, zirconium and carbon comprises additionally tantalum and lanthanum in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: aluminum (Al), 9.2-9.6; chrome (Cr), 4.2-4.8; tungsten (W), 2.7-3.2; molybdenum (Mo), 2.8-3.2; titanium (Ti), 1.0-1.4; carbon (C), 0.001-0.02; zirconium (Zr), 0.05-0.5; tantalum (Ta), 0.1-0.5; lanthanum, (La), 0.0015-0.015, and Ni, the balance. Invention provides the development of alloy and article made of thereof exhibiting enhanced short-term strength at temperatures 1150-1200°C and heat-resistance at 1200-1250°C with working temperature up to 1300°C.
EFFECT: improved and enhanced properties and quality of alloy.
