FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cast alloys on base of inter-metallide Ni3Al produced by method of directional crystallisation and mono-crystal casting applied for fabrication of parts of gas-turbine engines such as nozzle and working blades, units of nozzle blades, segments of combustion chamber, burners and other items of aircraft and motor industries. Here is disclosed alloy on base of inter-metallide Ni3Al containing wt %: Al 8.0-8.8, Cr 5.0-6.0, W 2.2-3.0, Mo 3.0-4.0, Re 1.0-3.0, Ti 0.5-1.5, C 0.01-0.10, La 0.01-0.30, Zr 0.05-0.50, Hf 0.05-0.70, Y 0.01-0.10, Ni - the rest. This alloy possesses high short-time durability at room temperature and heat resistance at temperature 1100°C during 500 hours and at 1200°C during 100 hours.
EFFECT: raised temperature of gas before turbine, increased engine pull force, reliability of parts and increased service life.
